Service and Service Calls

Our technicians are educated and experienced in electrical engineering and electronic component specifications, performance, and failure mechanisms. We offer drive failure evaluations in our shop, and service calls to support customers by troubleshooting variable speed drives and other machine controls.

We are happy to answer customer questions or find the answer to a problem, chase down a rare or obscure part, or find a cross-reference or good replacement for the unobtainable part you need. We are happy to email technical information that relates to the control or drive problem a plant may currently be experiencing.

We will gladly provide service in the greater San Francisco Bay area and inland valley on many brands of variable speed (AC) drives, DC drives, or on general automation problems in production plants.
